What happens when my trial ends?
The trial runs 14 days. If it ends without a card on file, there’s no surprise cutoff: inbound calls keep working for another 7 days, and your numbers are held for 60 days — plenty of time to subscribe and carry on where you left off.
What numbers can I get?
UK mobile and UK local numbers, chosen in-app. Each user gets one included; extras are £3 a month on the public rate card.
How do I upgrade from the trial to a paid plan?
In Pipedrive, open Settings → Billing and start checkout — one plan, the price on the pricing page is the price you pay. You can also start straight from the pricing page’s "Start free trial" button (it becomes an upgrade once your trial is running).
How do I update my card, or see past invoices?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens Stripe’s secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel (it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, never mid-cycle).
How do seats work — do I add or remove them myself?
You don’t manage seat count directly in the billing portal. Enabling or disabling a team member in Settings → Team is what changes your seat count — billing follows automatically at your next invoice.
What counts toward my usage?
Calls and texts, pooled across your whole team — inbound and outbound count the same for minutes. Anything beyond your plan’s included allowance bills at the printed rate card. See the pricing page for exactly what’s included and the per-minute/per-text rates beyond it.
